1. Who operates Crypto Signal Flow
Crypto Signal Flow ("CSF", "we", "us") is operated by J Corp Jaelah, registered in NORWAY, organisation number 931096184. Contact: support@csignalflow.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access the website, community, brokerage services and relevant financial products in your jurisdiction. Availability varies by country, Vantage entity, product and client eligibility. We do not invite anyone to bypass geographic, regulatory, account or broker restrictions.
3. Community access
Community access has no separate membership fee payable to CSF. Eligibility may require registration through our approved Vantage referral link, completion of Vantage's verification requirements, a qualifying funded account where this is part of the current eligibility criteria, and manual referral verification by CSF support.
Any money deposited into a Vantage account is held with the relevant Vantage entity under its own terms. It is not a payment to CSF. Brokerage charges, spreads, commissions, funding costs and trading risk may still apply. Registration, funding or referral attribution does not guarantee community approval.
Do not open duplicate accounts, provide false information or attempt to bypass country or broker restrictions. If you already have a Vantage account, contact support before taking any action.
4. Nature of the content
CSF provides general market commentary and structured trade-plan information to a broad audience. A setup may include an entry area, stop level, target, setup grade, reasoning and later updates. CSF does not place or manage trades on your behalf, take custody of your funds, guarantee execution, or control your position size.
5. No guaranteed results or signal frequency
Trading involves losses as well as gains. No outcome, win rate, profit level, signal frequency, risk-to-reward ratio or timing is guaranteed. A planned stop or target does not guarantee execution at that price. Past, simulated, backtested or hypothetical results do not predict future performance.
6. Vantage relationship and commercial interest
Vantage is an independent third-party broker. CSF may receive compensation under a Vantage Introducing Broker or other approved partner arrangement when eligible referred clients trade. This creates a commercial interest that is disclosed on the website and in our Affiliate Disclosure. The exact relationship is governed by our agreement with Vantage and the terms applicable to the relevant Vantage entity.
CSF does not encourage unnecessary trading, artificial activity or trading solely to generate partner compensation.
7. Third-party services
Vantage, Telegram, Tilda, Meta and other third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy practices and eligibility rules. We are not responsible for their outages, account decisions, execution, custody, pricing, availability or security.
8. Confidential material
Community content is for the approved member's own use. You may not republish, resell, scrape, automate redistribution of or commercially exploit CSF material without written permission. Access to any complete methodology or training may be subject to separate eligibility terms and a confidentiality agreement.
9. Suspension and termination
We may refuse, suspend or terminate community access where reasonably necessary to protect the community, comply with law or partner requirements, address abuse, protect confidential material or respond to a breach of these Terms. This does not affect rights you may have directly against a third-party broker or service provider.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, CSF is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, execution differences, broker decisions, third-party outages or losses resulting from decisions made using general information supplied by CSF. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service, law, broker requirements or advertising rules change. The date above will be updated when material changes are made.
12. Governing law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Norway, without limiting any mandatory consumer or regulatory rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
