2. Information we may process
- Website and device information: basic technical information generated when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and security/log data processed through our website provider.
- Consent choices: your cookie and tracking preferences.
- Advertising/analytics data: if you consent to optional advertising cookies, Meta Pixel may process browser and interaction information for measurement, attribution and advertising.
- Communications: information you choose to send by email or Telegram support.
- Referral/eligibility information: where available under our approved partner arrangement, Vantage may make available referral attribution, account-status or activity-derived information needed to administer eligibility and partner reporting.
3. Why we use information
We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, administer community eligibility, verify referral attribution, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse and - only where consent is required and given - measure advertising and campaign performance.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or equivalent EEA rules apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent for optional advertising or analytics technologies where required. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the cookie settings tool.
5. Meta Pixel and advertising
Meta Pixel is configured through Tilda's analytics integration. It should not initialise until the visitor has granted the relevant optional advertising consent through the Tilda T972 consent mechanism. If consent is granted, Meta may process information under its own privacy terms for advertising measurement, attribution, audience functions and related services.
We do not use the custom website code to initialise a second Meta Pixel.
6. Recipients and service providers
Depending on how you use the service, information may be processed by providers including Tilda (website hosting/functionality), Meta (advertising measurement after consent), Google Workspace (email), Telegram (support/community communications), Vantage (broker/referral relationship) and professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside your country or the EEA. Where applicable, transfers should be subject to the provider's lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards. Their own privacy notices describe their processing in more detail.
8. Retention
